All Blackbird products come with a 1 year warrantyThis warranty does not cover products that have been damaged or modified.
We do cover damaged products if it fails because of a production issue.
We pride ourselves in having the best products out there, but sometimes a bad apple gets by us. If you have received a defective part, please contact us so we can rectify the problem.
We want to work one on one with our customers so that they are reassured their problem is a number one concern of ours
and that it will be handled promptly
RETURN POLICY
If an item is to be replaced, there are 2 ways to do it.
1. Return the warrantied item to us and then we will ship the replacement item out to you (usually next day).
2. Pay the cost for the replacement item, we will then ship it out. When the warrantied product is sent to us we will refund the customer.
It is the customers responsibility to contact us prior to returning warrantied items.
